Practical information

Booth information
  • For each 6sqm exhibitor Congress Company will arrange 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 power outlet.
  • The maximum heigth for all stands is 2,5 metres along the side and 4 metres in the middle.
  • No shell schems stand construction is included. Exhibitors are free to use their own constructors.

Booth personnel registration
You can register your booth personnel by an online application. We inform you about this later

Exhibition hours
Monday 3 June 2019 => 8:00 – 21:00 hrs
Tuesday 4 June 2019 => 07:00 – 18:15 hrs
Wednesday 5 June 2019 => 07:00 – 16:45 hrs
Booths must be staffed at all times during exhibition hours.

Build up / tear down time

The build up is on Sunday 2nd June from 08.00 till 23.00h. Tear down/dismantling is 5th June from 17.00 until 23.00h.


Delivery packages and booth materials
  • I you want to deliver little packages (no big booth materials!), that's possible from off a few days before the congress at the adress Beursstraat 6, Amsterdam.
  • This enterence also has to be used for the delivery of booth material.

Any extra requirements, materials and furniture, other than which is included in the booth, can be ordered via:
